Five bases - Asia headquarters of international sports organizations and annual international sports forum base

---Annual competition base for world-class international sports events

---International Sports Education, Training and Rehabilitation Base

---Sports science and technology innovation R&D and industrial base

---International sports tourism and health care base

With the implementation of the project, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area will be built into an Asia Pacific headquarters of international sports organizations and an international sports exchange center.

Comprehensively improve the scale, quality and efficiency of the sports industry in the whole Dawan District, and realize the overall take-off of the sports industry in the Dawan District.

Improve the international popularity and reputation of the whole Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as its international competitiveness and soft power. And thus expand China's soft power and voice in international sports affairs.
